Karl Anders Ralinov (addressed Honored Sir) is the current Director of the International Civil Aviation Agency of the Forum of Nations. Prior, he served as the Minister of Transportation, and various other transport related roles in the nation. He was put forward as a candidate by the Velikoslav ambassador, Stepan Voldros, and was confirmed to the position by the General Assembly in 2023. Ralinov is related to Vladimir XIV, Grand Duke of Rylsk, who is his paternal first cousin. He has a Masters in Science in Aeronautical Science from the University of Kollavik and was a strategic bomber pilot in the Grand Air Force of Velikoslavia.
