Vistulzka-Hetumoger-Karpatskan Railway Company (Viswe: XYZ), doing business and operations as VHK Railways is the national passenger railroad company of Vistulzka. It operates under the direct ownership of the Department of Transportation and does business as a public corporation and holds exclusive jurisdiction over passenger railroad business within Vistulzka. VHK Railways is considered to be under the portfolio of the Chair of the Department of Transportation, currently Stasio Zawadzka. The current president of VHK Railways is Róża Zielińska, who assumed the position in 2018.

VHK Railways operates through four large regionalized subdivisions which are then divided into twelve smaller general-region subsidiaries and ten urban-suburban region subsidiaries. It is the only corporation allowed to operate within Vistulzka that is able to operate any of the railways, which are entirely independently owned by the Department of Infrastructure. Vistulzka has the highest railway usage within all of Calesia, and one of the highest within the world.

Since 2004, the planning of any new routes and any new railroads have since become the responsibility of the Cooperative Commission of Railway Planning, a coordinated commission between the Department of Transportation and the Department of Infrastructure.
