Jane Tyinen is (born 15 January 1975) is a Yankee NBAS agent and author and local politician who is mainly known for her work at the NBAS.

Early life
Tyinen was born into an Irish-American family in Salem, Massachusetts, the youngest of 3 siblings. She reportedly watched the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind in 1983, shortly after the creation of the NBAS itself, and set her sights on it "almost right away", continuing such a path into adulthood, despite condemnation.
