In the case of socio-economic and requested abortions, the woman is obligated to submit to counseling where assistance is offered for care of the child. Counselors are legally disallowed from using tactics deemed emotionally or psychologically abusive to prevent an abortion, and are legally obligated to act in an impartial way.
