The Prybourne Commerce Authority (Spanish: Autoridad de Comercio Prybourne) is a privatized department of the Prybourne National government, headed by the First Clerk, charged with overseeing business practices and the enforcement of Prybourne Trade By-Laws situated in the Prybourne Bill of Opportunities and Rules of Acquisition. The PCA has the ability to dispense or revoke the rights of any Prybournean to conduct business under the Trade By-Laws. Prybourneans who refuse to follow these rules could be barred from trade within the country or any foreign company outside Prybourne.
