Sara Silva is a journalist from Gran Cuscatlan, resident in Brytene. She has renounced her Cuscatlani citizenship and is a citizen of Brytene. She currently works for the Brytisc Broadcasting Corporation writing online articles, and is also active on social media.
Biography
Early Life
Sara Silva was born to a teacher and a warehouse manager in Santiago de Cuscatlan, the capital of Gran Cuscatlan. Her early childhood was uneventful, but she displayed an aptitude for languages and writing from an early age.
In 2014 she was accepted to the Universidad de Simon Bolivar to study a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with a minor in Drama.
Career
Whilst studying, she took up an internship for eight hours a week at the Brytisc Embassy in Santiago de Cuscatlan. Her duties were mostly clerical, with occasional interpretation assistance and the translation of official documents also being a part of her job description.
She was attending lectures at university on the day of the 2015 Brytisc Embassy Crisis, returning just in time to see Ambassador Latrell and Mr Wilson attempting to escape the embassy. 17CV terrorists shot her car engine, presumably to prevent her vehicle being used as an escape route by the Brytisc embassy staff, but the CADI terrorist teams on the ground allowed her to escape on foot, instead focusing their attention on Ambassador Latrell.
The following day, she made her way to the airport where she took a flight to West Aurelia. There she was met by R-DARK agents who escorted her to Lundene.
Personal life
The only immediate family member left in Silva's life is her elderly grandmother, who requires a full-time carer and lives in assisted residence in Santiago de Cuscatlan. Her mother died of cancer when she was 15, and her father turned to alcohol, dying shortly after she enrolled in university.
