Cheonsu Alexander (13 January 1987) is the Deseleni emperor of Joyonghea as Cheonsu, and emperor of Lorica as Alexander. He is a member of the Tansan Janggok clan, of whom has traced and claimed lineage to the Seleucid dynasty.

Janggok started out as a politician who held a seat in the National Assembly. Then, he grew distrustful of Pam Nam-seon after failing to secure more of the Twelve Lesser Weapons for research, and after the Neocon War ended in the Redstone eruption and the broadcast of Seleucus I Michael's declaration of the Resurrected Seleucid Empire, he rallied his clan and their supporters in North Joyonghea and declared himself Emperor over the respective territory as well as the clan's patriarch. Afterwards, with the Deseleni War breaking out, he took advantage of the instability in Lorica, and launched a coup to declare his reign over the country and form the Seleucid Dominion of Joyonghea and Lorica.
