Law enforcement in Fratanica
Law enforcement in Fratanica is constitutionally established as a concurrent power between the federal government and the provinces. As a result, each province maintains its own police force and investigative agencies, however, the federal government also maintains specialized law enforcement agencies for different purposes.
Policing is based off of Fratanican common law, such as the Fratanican Criminal Code and the Fratanican Civil Code, as well as local and provincial mandates and regulations.

National Police Authority
The National Police Authority, or more commonly known as the National Police, is a federal police agency entrusted with constitutionally-mandated building security, airport and embassy security, and assisting local law enforcement agencies in case of major disturbances or emergencies.
National Protection Bureau
The National Protection Bureau is involved in the security of the President, the Prime Minister, their families, and other important figures within the executive branch.
Federal Security Office
The Federal Security Office is the national investigative and domestic intelligence agency of Fratanica. The agency partakes in counterespionage, domestic intelligence, cybersecurity, and large-scale police operations.
Fratanican Coast Guard
The Fratanican Coast Guard possesses law enforcement powers in regards to the seas surrounding Fratanica, enforcing marine environmental regulations and maritime law.
