The music in Fratanica highlights a wide range of music genres. Much of the traditional music of Fratanica have come from poetry songs, hymns, and shamanistic music of before the 18th century under Scerian, Uccosan, and Atsali peoples. The late 18th and early 19th century saw a shift towards romantic classical music, led by various romanticist composers and music writers. Today, contemporary genres such as rock music, sentimental ballad, and pop music, has produced many prominent songwriters and artists.
