The Régie des services de bicyclettes en libre-service de la ville de Talonée (Authority for self-service bicycle services of the city of Hartly), branded as Bicy.HTL, is a bicycle sharing system in Hartly and the largest of its kind in Ainin, as well as one of the largest in Esquarium.
