The Sanatfas Emmaɣ Tenfawen (Tamashek: ⵙⴰⵏⴰⵜⴼⴰⵙ ⴻⵎⵎⴰⵖ ⵜⴻⵏⴼⴰⵓⴻⵏ, "Combined Investigation Services") or SET is the consolidated national security and domestic intelligence agency as well as the primary law enforcement organization in the Charnean Empire under the Anahad of Justice. It is a criminal investigative agency with nationwide jurisdiction over a wide variety of criminal offenses, in addition to counterterrorism and counterintelligence duties facilitated by 17 SET field offices across Charnea and broad authority over local law enforcement bodies. Although it is first and foremost a domestic agency operating within Charnean territory, the SET does conduct limited activities abroad in the interest of domestic security.
