History
Founded in the city of Sol in 1884 GD, during the Water Crisis of 1884 where water stations weren't working and those that were had lead in them. Many newspapers refused to cover it as it would harm their political influence in government if they accused anyone. Marcellus Raxus, a reporter for the Solis Times, wanted to report on the crisis but his boss told him he shouldn't if he wanted to keep his job. So, Raxus used a pen name to report on the crisis, and investigate the problem. Many government officials tried to stop "Neil Cors" but they had no leads. Soon, Raxus opened his own newspaper business to report his findings on the Crisis. He reported that the centuries old lead pipes in Sol now had rust in them and the lead, along with rust, entered the water in the Golivis District of Sol. When Raxus published the reports and his finding to the public, everyone got worried about the safety of the water, and hope it will be resolved. With the Protests of 1884 demanding safer drinking water, Emperor Praxius X ordered for "Neil Cors" to come to the palace. They S.I.B soon found Raxus and brought him to the Emperor. Praxius was understandable and he said "None of my ministers or Secretary of the Department of Health, Ablabius Aaen, mentions the water crisis and Praxius hoped that he could ask Raxus help. Raxus, however, was not in the field to deal with it, but pointed to a certain Dr.Casper Makhlai, who specialized in the study of water. Pssssss Structure=
