Gaþejeris "Eris" Fredrycesem Kellisyen is a Seketese politician who is currently serving as the Prime Minister of Seketan. He has been a Member of the Commons Council for Conelibek University since 2013 and leader of the Socialist Party since 2014.
Kellisyen was born in Conelibek in 1974, four years before the 1978 Seketese revolution. He joined the Socialist Party in his early adulthood and was elected as a Member of the Commons Council (MCC) in the Hérvynsken in the 2013 Seketese election. After the resignation of Aleksander Aegis, Kellisyen became leader of the party in 2014. After the 2017 Seketese election, the Socialist Party won a minority government and Kellisyen was sworn in as the Prime Minister of Seketan. His party won in the snap 2018 election.
Kellisyen is described as a social democrat, soft Eurosceptic, and regionalist. He opposed the "yes" vote during the 2018 Wilsk independence referendum. Kellisyen considers Kjedoratism as an outdated nostalgic label.
