The 2019 Queen Alexandra Exhibition Match, alternatively England Men v England Women, was a football match that took place on 5 August 2019, officially as an exhibition match in honour of the newly-coronated Queen Alexandra, whom was coronated on 1 August 2019, and whom formerly played for the England women's national team from 2015 to 2019. Held at Wembley Stadium in London, England, the match pitted the men's (The Three Lions) and the women's (The Lionesses) England national football team, whom were represented and captained by William Smith and Queen Alexandra respectively.

The match began at 11:30 A.M., with the Lionesses initiating the kick-off. Then, in the 17th minute, after a series of back-and-forths between the two sides, Lionesses striker, Nikita Parris netted a close-range shot to score the opening goal. Soon enough, just around a minute later, Lionesses midfielder, Jade Moore, with assistance from defender, Lucy Bronze scored a second goal for her side, completing a quickfire double from the Lionesses, whom were able to establish a strong 2-0 lead at just twenty minutes into the match. Following that, prior to the end of the first half itself, Alexandra, whom officially captained the Lionesses for the exhibition match, proceeded to score a brace for her side, giving the women's team a clear 4-0 lead by the end of it. Then, in the second half of the match, the The Three Lions briefly rebounded through a close-range shot in the 60th minute by William Smith, before a third goal by Alexandra at the 80th minute ultimately sealed the match in favour of the Lionesses, whom ultimately won the match 5-1.
