Lord Edward Saunders CM, 8th Viscount Rachdale, is a Vionna-Frankenlischian nobleman and soldier. He is Colonel-in-Chief of the King's Own Middle Frankenlisch Rangers a regiment on the Reserve List, and has served as commander of the 2nd Battalion, the Westonland Fusiliers, and as commander of the Imperial Advisory Section deployed in the Balionic State of New Agrea. In his capacity as colonel commanding the 2nd Battalion, Westonland Fusiliers, he saw action in Deadora under the Princess of Riverland-Palatinate, particularly at the Battle of Entrylli where his command of the battalion in action earned him the Military Cross and his Companionship of the Mace. During the fighting in Entrylli he was wounded twice. Since the death of his father, the 7th Viscount, in 2019, Edward Saunders has been the 8th Viscount Rachdale.
