Vaadwek
The Dra'almarr are a humanoid race from the planet Vaald. The Dra'almarr are biological cousins of the Vaadwek, descended from those who were abandoned on Vaald during the Great Evacuation. They are the second most numerous species within the Imperial Vaald Duumverate, and hold significant cultural and political power in that state. They are phenotypically noted for their vented ears, which are found on both Vaadwek and Dra'almarr, these ears are more sensitive than other species' ears, such as humans, giving the Dra'almarr superior hearing. The Dra'almarr and Vaadwek have two distinctive phenotypical differences, firstly is skin colour, in which the Dra'almarr sport dark blue-green skin as opposed to the golden skin of the Vaadwek, however just as noticeable is the difference in average height, the Dra'almarr are, on average, 6 inches shorter than their Vaadwek counterparts, averaging at 5'11"-6'0" tall, rather than 6'5" for the Dra'almarr.
