Albrecht Manfred Neumann; 22 October 1889 – 12 September 1977) was a Besmenian statesman who was the 4th Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Besmenia from 1948 to 1960. Previously, Neumann was governor of the Besmenian state of East Lemberland from 1939 to 1948. Neumann was also party leader of the FBBP from 1949 to 1963.
He was the leading figure in the Besmenian reunification process in 1948/1949. He was also the very first state governor to belong to the FBBP.
