Saint-Antoine (Baptistois Creole: Sen Anton) is one of the six parishes of Saint-Baptiste. The largest parish on the island, Saint-Antoine is comprised of much of Saint-Baptiste's western shoreline and interior. Once a centre of sugar and coffee plantations, most of the parish's modern-day population work in the service industry, primarily in tourism around the town of Port-des-Saints. The interior has remained mainly agricultural.

Saint-Antoine's terrain is mainly comprised of the slopes and valleys of Mont Saint-Jean-Baptiste, which roll into the parish's flatlands near the shore. The parish's population as of 2018 is 2,694.
