Saint Bridget and Helena (Swedish: Saint Bridget och Helena) is an Archipelago and Overseas territory of Sweden in the Caribbean. The territory consists of two islands, Saint Bridget and Saint Helena. Other smaller islands include Saint Charles, Stor Christina, Mindre Christina and others. The territory's capital city and largest city is Oscarstad on Saint Bridget.

The territory is part of Sweden and by extension the European Union and the Schengen area. Any European citizen is free to live and work in the territory leading to an influx of primarily foreign Europeans into the territory. The territory has also seen an increase in trade between itself and other European Union member states; despite a failed referendum in 2007.

The territory was one of the first parts of the Caribbean to be colonised by Europeans and was originally colonised by France before it was annexed by Britain before it was bought by Sweden several years later. The territory has attempted to secede from Sweden at several points, most recently in 2007 which was narrowly defeated by a margin of 200 votes.
