The Royal Atmoran Navy (RAN) (Dutch: Rijksmarine RM) is the naval warfare service branch of the Atmoran Armed Forces.

RN Forces Command and Fleets
The Royal Naval Forces Central Command (Dutch: Commando Zeestrijdkrachten-Centrum CZSK-CENT), is based at Saint Annaburg under the command of the Admiral Eelco H. Zernitz, along with being the primary fleet in charge of operations within the Halkeginian Sea along with the defence of the Atmoran mainland southern coast. The Halkeginian Fleet - First Atmoran Fleet (Dutch: Halkeginenzee Vloot) is responsible for all naval forces within the Halkeginian Sea and the Northern Emporic Ocean, along with anti-submarine warfare to defend the southern coast from Imperial Aravean Navy cruise missile and attack submarines.
The Seventh Fleet (Dutch Zevende Vloot), is the largest component of the CZSK-CENTRUM and responsoible for all operations within the Southern Emporic Ocean along with the Gulf of Rohane. As such it is one the largest fleets meant to project Atmoran power across the globe.
Halkeginian Fleet – First Fleet
The Halkeginian Seas Fleet is based and headquarters at Saint Annaburg, Lieseltania and under the command of Vice Admiral Sjef Northeimer. The Fleet consists of the following units:

The Royal Naval Forces Sidnese Command (Dutch: Commando Zeestrijkrachten-Sednazee CZSK-SEDNA) is headquarters at Brunna, Lieseltania and under the command of Admiral Diederick Krieger, the Sidnese Command is responsible for the Sednese Sea along with the Northern Sea. Under the command of the CZSK-SEDNA is the Second Fleet (Dutch: Tweede Vloot), also known as the Northern Sea Fleet (Dutch: Noordenzee Vloot) is primarily tasked with patrolling the Sidnese Sea and the Northern Sea against the Royal Vozhsk Navy and Imperial Aravean Navy submarines, along with force projection in the Lieseltanian Far North and the Northern Sea.

The Second Fleet is the based and headquarters at Brunna, Lieseltania and under the command of Vice Admiral Laurens-Jan Wilmes. The Fleet consists of the following units:

The Royal Naval Forces Northern Command (Dutch: Commando Zeestrijdkracthen-Noorden, CZSK-NOORD) headquarters at Rhenoy, Huldenberg under the command of Vice Admiral Christiaan Lasonder, CZSK-NOORD is responsible for operations within the White Sea and the Northern Arctic Ocean. The Third Fleet (Dutch: Derde Vloot), also known as the White Sea Fleet (Dutch: Witte Zee Vloot) is one the smallest fleets within the Rijksmarine.
Third Fleet
The Third Fleet is based and headquarters at Rhenoy, Huldenberg and under the command of Schout-bij-Nacht Sjef-Gustaaf Rasch. The Fleet consists of the following units:

The Royal Naval Forces Western Command (Dutch: Commando Zeestrijdkracthen-West, CZSK-WEST) is headquarters at Roesbrugge, Saint Marina Islands, Asvarre under the command of Admiral Sigmund Botteriete, who also serves as Admiral USAM (ADUS). The CZSK-WEST is spilt into two numbered fleets, each responsible for their own side of the Anemoisic Ocean. One the main components of the CZSK-WEST is the Fifth Fleet (Dutch: Vijfde Vloot), responsible for the western Anemoisic Ocean. The second largest fleet within the Royal Navy is the Ninth Fleet (Dutch: Negende Vloot) responsible for the entire southern Anemoisic Ocean, along with ensuring safe passage of Atmoran merchenant ships through the Estocan canal and the Gilead Sea.
Fifth Fleet
The Fifth Fleet, is based at Yokosuka Naval Base, Mizuho and has its headquarters at Westende, Asvarre, under the command of Vice Admiral Sietse K. de Koning. The Fleet consists of the following units:

The commissioned officer ranks of the Royal Atmoran Navy are divided into three categories: junior officers, senior officers, and flag officers. Junior officers are those officers in pay grades O-1 to O-4, while senior officers are those in pay grades O-5 and O-6, and flag officers are those in pay grades of O-7 and above.
