Abdul Rashid ibn Jamaluddin Biantaliun al-Nadiri (12 June 2009) is the son and heir-apparent of Pantaleon of Mesopotamia and Persianna, the Emperor of Seleucid Mesopotamia and Persianna. He is also a principal military commander who played a critical role in subjugating the eastern parts of the Middle East Federation who resisted Seleucid rule.

As with his father and his house, Abdul Rashid is a descendant of the Seleucid dynasty, with lineage to Seleucus X Eupator, Thessalonike of Nabataea, and Demetrius III of Nabataea. Consequently, he is able to wield the Staff of Seleucus and the Twelve Royal Lesser Weapons. Abdul Rashid is also a gifted individual, adept in political administration, scientific studies, and military campaigning. Abdul Rashid, although intelligent, is somewhat aloof and stubborn in nature, which made him relatively difficult to work with. He is also fluent in English, Persian, Hindi, Punjabi, and Greek, the latter a language the Deseleni uses to communicate in secret.
