The May 12 cyberattacks, known colloquially as Five/Twelve (5/12) and known by its operation name Operation Tryphon, is a series of cyberattacks committed by the Virtual Shields, the Resurrected Seleucid Empire's cyberwarfare force, during the Deseleni War. The attacks were aimed at key facilities and plants vital for not only the Allied war effort, but also the infrastructure of the targeted Allied nations. Notable targets included the Scarshampton Nuclear Power Plant and Western Seaboard Utility Superstation in Concordia and the Soryu, the Hyesu Utility Superstation and Sokseong Nuclear Power Plant in Joyonghea, the Quang Trang Nuclear Power Plant in Quenmin, and the Urashiri Nuclear Power Plant in Nihhon-koku. Other targets included data centers, recovery facilities, communication institutions. It was one of the most devastating cyberattacks in Eordis history, surpassing the scale of Thomas Xavier Whitfield's cyberattack on Concordia years ago, and it would leave far-reaching consequences after the war's end with an Allied victory, especially towards Bethausia, Joyonghea, Quenmin, Concordia, Ilari, Atlantic Federation, and the Archadian Federation.
