András I, (Full name: András Géza Velencei, Először Nemesség of Velencei and Alispán of Velencei Németújvár) was an Nemesség that lived during the Second Kingdom of Hétumoger and the later Először Nemesség of Velencei. He was a military officer that helped to lead the Coalition of Noble Houses against the House of Esterházy and the Royalist Congress in the War of Nobles. He would later become the first Országgyűlés Vezetője of the newly declared First Noble Republic of Hétumoger. András I is considered to be part of the Five Heroes of Hétumoger.

András was born into the House of Velencei as an the second male heir to Géza Velencei III in Nagyatád, Vámosoroszi in east Hétumoger. As a male heir to the House of Velencei, András had worked as a scholar. The House of Velencei was considered to be the appointed House of Archives, as both Velencei men and women worked in archiving and preserving literature. András specialized in military history and later began cultivating an interest in military tactics and the military history of Hétumoger. Upon the death of Kálmán Velencei I, Géza was pronounced the new Először Nemesség of Velencei. As one of the offspring of the Először Nemesség, András was given the title of Alispán of Velencei Németújvár

András and the House of Velencei were in attendance of the Lakottial Conference of Andrássy and would later pledge their allegiance to the Coalition of Noble Houses
