Barthelemy Beaumont, The 9th Duke of Ramsford (born 28 May 1951) is a Skvandian peer. He was the former patriarch of the Beaumont family and was the former duke of Ramsford from 1967–2007. He suffered from a stroke and went into a vegetative state in February 2007. Beaumont's title transferred to his elder son Bertrand, The 10th Duke of Ramsford, after a royal decree and assent was signed by the late King Constantine. In August 2021, Beaumont awoke from his vegetative state and began physical therapy in the American state of Texas before a surprise appearance of his late son's wedding to Savannah, the Duchess of Ramsford. Though his elder son is the legal incumbent of the title and role of Duke of Ramsford, Bertrand transferred the responsibilities of the Beaumont House and Ramsford duchy to Beaumont in January 2022.

The Duke has been involved in controversy since 2022 over the custody battle of Princess Eleanor, the heir apparent to the Skavandian throne. Under 17th-century Skavandian law, the houses of Skavand may strip the monarch and their spouse of custody of the heir apparent if they believe that the best interest of the child is not being fulfilled by the royal family. Beaumont has initiated the process but since the vote was not unanimous, the custody decision will not take affect until 1 January 2023. On that date if no changes in the votes are made, the Duke will be made acting king until Princess Eleanor reaches the age of nineteen, though King Liam is still currently and legally the monarch and head of state. The Parliament of Skavand has declared the Duke guilty of treason and is currently trying to amend the Constitution of Skavand to repeal the law.
