The President of the Alliance of Nortuan States is the head of the Alliance of Nortuan States He is nominated by the Nortuan Council and elected for six years by the A.N.S Congress. He provides the guidelines and is intended to ensure that the A.N.S. He also represents A.N.S on an international level.
