Ittore Apys (born May 20, 1786) is an Hiraethian politician, businessman, and lawyer since 1822. He graduated the School of Law in Ceva in 1809 with a degree on law. He began working as a lawyer assistant in Ceva but then moved to Athema and established The Athemian Law Firm where he has been practicing as a lawyer since.
