The Aluminium Production and Consumption Assocation more commonly known as AlPaCA is a proposed bilateral international economic trade agreement between the Empire of Great Xio, the Third Republic of Iverica, and the Socialist Federal Republic of Advocatius that hopes to achieve reduced market competition for aluminium by restructuring the global production systems so that the decision-making authority and profits of Aluminium export are in the hands of Iverica, Xiohane, and Advocatius.
