Sir Edward de Michaelis, Kt OBE (13 May 1918 - 23 July 1968) was a British diplomat.

In 1968, he was accompanying Prince Frederick, Duke of Cambridge, on a trip to Cannes, France, when the car they were travelling in crashed and killed the two men. De Michaelis' funeral was held the day before Prince Frederick's, at his family's local church in Wiltshire. The service was attended by members of the Royal Family including the King.
