As of December 2022, the Republic of Ardalia owns 99.15%, while the remainder is mostly owned by state-owned or public companies such as the Ardalian Postal Bank, Ardalia Post, Ardalia Insurance, the Ardalian Lottery, and MZLH, the operator of Hran Airport. Multiple Democratic-led governments have attempted to privatize the airline but to date, none have been successful in finding a suitable buyer.

Corporate design
Livery
The airline's livery, refreshed in 2019, consists of the letters "Ardalia" on the fuselage in blue, while the Ardalian checkboard symbol (colored in blue and red) is both centered on the tail and placed to the left of the lettering. The fuselage is all white.
Uniforms
The current uniform was designed by Anja Tolić, a graduate of the University of Hran's Faculty of Textile Technology, and launched in 2018. It consists of a navy blue jacket, skirts (or pants for male cabin crew), white shirt, and a checkered red, silver, and blue scarf (or tie for male cabin crew and all pilots). Pursers and Captains wear a wing pin with the airline's checkered logo.

Future fleet
In November 2022, CEO Goran Bajić announced that Ardalia Airlines would be completely retiring its existing fleet of A319s, A320s, and D4-200s with 18 A220s (eight directly from the manufacturer and ten on lease) by 2026. The airline will finally have a uniform fleet of aircraft. The new fleet is expected to reduce operating costs as well as improve the company’s environmental efficiency and competitiveness while improving passenger comfort.
The A220 cabin will be configured with nicer 2-3 layout with wider seats and larger windows. Every seat will feature USB-A and USB-C ports, as well as smartphone and tablet holders. The aircraft’s spacious overhead compartments will allow for every passenger to accommodate one roller bag. Like with its existing A319s and A320s, business class passengers may experience greater personal space with some seats blocked depending on flight demand.
Bajić confirmed that the A220s will have onboard WiFi, letting passengers enjoy broadband services on their personal devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, allowing them to write emails, surf the internet, and update social media while in-flight. The airline will use this opportunity to develop a new application, usable while airborne, to access the carrier's digital content of films, shows, and music.
