The Holland administration began on December 1, 1968 when Jack Holland took office as the twenty-sixth president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he left office on December 1, 1978. Holland took office as a Democrat member of the National Progress Coalition after winning the 1968 election. He was subsequently reelected in 1973. His administration was succeeded by the Russell administration under Floyd Russell, also a Democrat member of the National Progress Coalition.
