The Riksdag is the highest body of legislature in Blostland, founded on March 12th, 1936 by the post war constitution, it is held in the former royal Riksdag building now the just Riksdag building. Located in the Blostlandic capital of Raudrena, the Riksdag is a unicameral parliament with 169 seats, it holds elections every five years and is based on party-list proportional representation for nine multi seat provinces, any member of the Riksdag is known as a riksdagsrepresentant or parliament representative.
The Riksdag is led by the Vice Preimer who is elected by the body.
After the Blostlandic election of 2021, there are seven parties represented in the Riksdag: The Poppy Party (45), Blostlander Center (28), Green (16), The National Liberal Party (32), The Free Minded People's Party (30), Blostlandic Section of the Workers International (20), Blostlander Front (6). Since the last election ??? has been the President of the Riksdag.
