The Holy Confederated Tribes of Bugwe is a confederated alliance of scattered tribes in the Teprorian patrol zone. The orgining of the bugwi's evolution is largley unknown. However from what is observed they may have come from antuiqity. The Confederated alliance is controled by one head of state called the "natures avatar" who is belived to be choses by their gods and blessed with their magic directly.
