Sister Duyen (January 2, 1960), real name Phí Hiếu Khanh, is a Quenminese former reggae singer-songwriter and owner of the Chillstand Cafe in Eastern Da Nang.
Life
Khanh was born to a family of religious conservatives within the Ngũ Hành Sơn District of Da Nang.
