The 18 August Revolutionary Organization (Quenminese: 18 Tháng 8 Tổ chức cách mạng), also recognized as 18 August, was a Quenminese militant organization and terrorist group established by Trương Huy Thành, La Kiên Bình, Phó Thụy Lâm. Since its day of creation, 13 June 2010, the organization has committed a 19 armed robberies against big banks and other businesses they have deemed to stymie the workers' self-dignity, and 5 attempted assassinations on political and important individuals. On 6 December 2012, the organization orchestrated the 2012 Buôn Ma Chàm and Quang Hóa Attacks, which intended to assassinate Ngô Sáng Hiếu on his visit and stir up the masses for a revolution. This culminated in a nationwide manhunt initiated by CECOINAS and the Three Fields Inspectorate two days after, and by 14 January 2013, most of the members have been arrested, leading to the organization's surrender.
