The 2019 Port of Madrigal attack was a premeditated terrorist attack targeting the economically important Port of Madrigal in the city of Madrigal, the capital of Carloso. Responsibility for the attack was claimed by the International Shiva Consciousness Foundation, a Hindu terrorist cult which said that it was in retaliation for alleged SACTO involvement in the breakup of the Greater Philippine Bayan.
