Early Life, Education, and Family

Albert Crisoliot was born on 12 December 1969 in Montluçon in the Allier. Born of Bourbonnais parents (from Allier, Voisey), he was only 3 years old when the war spread to the Voisey territory in 1971. But it was not until 1973 that the industrial town of Montluçon was affected. After the Edreau-Osmos fell in June, the Buriname attacked Montluçon. This city was indeed very industrial and had to be bombed. The Buriname troops did not manage to get close enough to the town to bombard it with artillery, as they were met with fierce resistance from the Auvergne Alpine fighters. Albert's parents were worried but decided to wait a little longer before leaving. But on the 3rd of March 1974, the factories and the railway station of Montluçon were targeted by an aerial bombing. But because of the wind, several bombs landed on nearby workers' buildings. 20 people were killed. The parents decided to leave the town, as did thousands of other people. They joined a family citizen in the town of Souvigny, near Moulins. In October 1974, the town of Souvigny was targeted by an aerial bombardment, but was miraculously spared. In 1976, when the Burinaméan troops were removed from Montluçon, the family returned. The war ends and Albert is 16 and has missed his schooling, or at least part of it. He participated in the rebuilding of the town of Montluçon. In 1990, he decided to join the army. He climbed the ranks until he was promoted to captain in 1998. He is known for his perseverance and his patriotism. In 2009, he took part in the restoration of order in Bouraga-Shaïdan and led an armoured company. He distinguished himself during the battle of Tadjemout where he succeeded in routing several battalions of the revolutionary army. In 2010, he was awarded the medal of Deliverance by the president of the Bouraga-Shaïdan and the medal of the Order of Merit by the president Voisey's Day. In 2012 he was promoted to Major General by President Léon Fruget himself. He then entered politics in 2020 (while keeping his place in the Army) and became Minister of the Army under the government of Daniel Marangé.
