The Comprehensive Agreement for the Restoration of Peace in Malomiersa, commonly referred to as the Arciluco Agreement (Amathian: Ⱏⱀⱌⰵⰾⰵⰳⰵⱃⰵⰰ ⰴⰵ ⰾⰰ Ⰰⱃⰽⰹⰾⱆⰽⱁ, Înțelegerea de la Arciluco, Lemovician: Arkiluko akordioa, Miersan: Porozumienie z Arkiluku) was an agreement reached in the Amathian capital city of Arciluco between the Lemovician separatists and the West Miersan government to end the Lemovician War.

The agreement divided Malomiersa into Zone A, controlled by West Miersa, and Zone B, controlled by Lemovicia, with the front line separating the two sides, as enforced by the Community of Nations.

Negotiation

While proposals for peace between the two sides have been present from nearly the beginning of the Lemovician War, pressure began intensifying in the late 1980s and early 1990s, particularly as West Miersa struggled to economically recover from the Miersan War. By 1991, war-weariness from the population over the length of the civil war, combined with international pressure finally reached a head, and discussions began in December of that year.

On 25 March, 1992, a ceasefire was declared, with Ociote Sasiambarena and Maksymilian Trzeciak agreeing to negotiations in the Amathian capital of Arciluco, as the location was acceptable among the separatists and the West Miersan government.

Over the next several months, the two parties negotiated an agreement which allowed the Community of Nations to establish a monitoring mission along the front line, and agreed to allow both sides to control territory held as of the preliminary ceasefire until such time as a permanent peace treaty can be achieved.

Thus, after all the details were hammered out, the agreement was signed on 22 June, 1992 by Ociote Sasiambarrena and Maksymilian Trzeciak, with the agreement witnessed by (TBD), (TBD), (TBD), and (TBC), ending the Lemovician War.

Content

The Arciluco Agreement divided Malomiersa into two parts based on the front line as it stood on 25 March, 1992. The front line is to be a demilitarized zone, with a Community of Nations monitoring mission responsible for ensuring that no breaches in the agreement are made. To the north of the front line is Zone A, and to the south is Zone B, controlled by West Miersa and Lemovicia respectively. Both sides are required to cease fighting.

The agreement states that West Miersa will control Zone A and Lemovicia, defined as the state controlled by the Lemovician Section of the Workers' International will control Zone B, with the front line separating the two, until a final peace treaty is agreed to resolve these claims, with the agreement stating that neither side may make any adjustments "to the facts on the ground" without mutual agreement. The agreement also states that "nothing contained in this treaty shall be construed as a recognition or denunciation of the sovereignty of Lemovicia."

Furthermore, it states that Lemovicia has the right to have a corridor connecting it to East Miersa for "citizens, vehicles, and goods" to access Lemovicia, and that such traffic be "unimpeded" by the West Miersan government.
