Anastas Barkhudar (born 22 February 1959) is an Iotophan statesman and former military officer serving as President of Iotopha since 2010. He was Premier of Iotopha from 2009 until 2010. During his term as Premier, he oversaw the impeachment and conviction of President Penyamin Bartev, before eventually becoming President. He is a member of the Revolutionary Workers' Party, and has served as General Secretary since 2006.
Barkhudar was born in Tayots in the Iotophan SR. He studied law at the State University of Afar, graduating in 1982.
