Battle of the Kandao Tower

The Battle of the Kandao Tower (Modern Akannite: ) was a battle where Lesathic Revolutionaries and the Akannite Confederation fought over the control of the city of Kandao and specifically for the Kandao Tower. Marked by close-quarters combat, Lesathic Revolutionary numbers were high initially and allowed to a battle over control of the tower to take place. Several unsuccessful attempts by the Akannite Confederation failed to break through the Lesathic Revolutionaries.

The Akannite Confederation afterwards decided to launch a counterattack that would go around the Kandao Tower and into the Kandao Energy District, which was marked by extreme close-quarters combat and large amounts of casualties from the Akannite Confederation. Reinforcements from Likhauri helped add bulk towards forces fighting directly in the Kandao Tower, and reinforcements from Acathius's Promireba allowed for the Akannite Confederation to sweep through the Kandao Energy District.

After losing control of the Kandao Tower, the leader of the Lesathic Revolutionaries forces in Kandao Tamar Irakli ordered a retreat into East Kandao. After regrouping at East Kandao, Lesathic Revolutionaries attempted to recapture the Kandao Tower, and failed. This resulted in high casualties on the revolutionaries, during which many leaders were killed. The revolutionaries at that point dispersed, and would not attempt another attack on the Kandao Tower.
