Cao Nima GCOA CRA MCS (Tzihan: 曹尼玛; born 16 August 1943), also known by his stage name Monsieur Science, is an educator, television personality, and the 38th and current President of the Aininian Republic. He previously served as commissioner of the Western Approaches School Board from 2003 until his invitation by the National Assembly of Ainin to become President of Ainin. As a Minjianese refugee, he is the first Namorese-Aininian as well as the first born to alien parents and the first refugee to become president.

He was born in 1943 in a refugee camp in West Ainin to Namorese refugee parents who had fled their war-torn homeland in 1942, and was raised in Talon, Linaque. He grew up in a working-class neighbourhood and attended the Ascension Saint Georges Secondary School. He then attended the University of Talon on an ethnic scholarship, where he served on the board of the Aininian Union of Students (AAE) and obtained a master in physics and a general baccalaureate in education. He worked at the Duc Martin de Pêts Secondary School as a physics teacher from 1969 to 1983, when he passed an audition and became the host of the STA educational show L'Heure des Sciences (Science Hour), which proved to be a major success and made his character Monsieur Science a household name throughout the country.

The show was cancelled in 1992 after a highly successful 9-year, 16-season run, after which he retired from his career as a television personality, accepting a nomination as commissioner of the Western Approaches School Board. However, he remained an iconic TV personality and often returned for special programs on STA over the years. On 15 June 2015, the National Assembly of Ainin elected him President of Ainin as a non-partisan compromise candidate to avoid a constitutional standoff after the Democratic-controlled House of Censure voted down the incoming government's presidential nominee, Maxime Bélanger.
