The United Republic of Cjaivestru (Cjaivestran: Repubblica Unita di Cjaivestru) commonly known as Cjaivestru, is a sovereign state located in western Asura. The nation is situated in southwestern Asura, and borders Bevenia and parts of Vvarden to the north, Arzvan Republic to the northwest, TBD to the south and west, and the Opal Ocean in the east and south. The elective monarchy has a population of 41.5 million and it's capital is situated in Azurio in the nation's northwest. However, the largest metropolitan area in the nation is Santu Carlu, which serves as the primary cultural and financial center point. Cjaivestru is considered a sizeable economic power in West Asura, as well as a cultural one.

Cjaivestru's history is arguably the oldest in Asura. Cjayene people were believed to have originated as far east as Transcandar, circa 20,000 BCE. Modern scientists believe migration paths went either through Catai and into Arabekh, followed by a nautical crossing to modern day Cjaivestru, or a series of paths directly through Vynozhia and Alemannia. The latter can be explained by a small diaspora of Cjayene in Alemannia, likely those who did not continue to west Asura. Over the course of several centuries, the Cjayene people began to truly mix with the local tribes, ethnically and culturally. The Fiorentine Empire had a grip on the region for a long time, but following its collapse, nations rose. The War of the Violets between 1460 and 1478, resuming as the Rinascimentu series of wars between 1499 and 1549, shaped the 1st Kingdom of Cjaivestru, which later encompassed Arzvan and Bevenia in the 1660s, leading to the Union which lasted until 1919.

Technological advancements brought the union a much-needed spike in economic and societal quality in the latter half of the 19th century. The union's involvement in the Great War (1895-1899) led to a rise of debts, loss of populace, and all round decrease in conditions, especially in non-Cjai segments. In 1919 Arzvan seceded from the union causing chaos in the royal government. In 1923 the king abdicated, and a constitutional republic is declared. During the Second Great War, socialist and royalist elements formed a series of revolutions and secessions, forcing Cjaivestru out of the war. Shortly after a royalist victory, an endless regency was declared and exists to this day. Disputes with Arzvan have been frequent since 1938.

Cjaivestran culture and economics is a prominent scene in west Asura. Forms of cultural enrichment in the country include architecture, art, tourist attractions including natural wonders, as well as a notoriously successful academic system. Like nearby Midrasia, Cjaivestru contains several designated heritage sites, and even a wonder of the world: the Archidiu in Ghauzu-Este. The nation's economy is classified "highly decent", and several high fortune corporations have sprung out of Cjaivestru.
