Den Haag is the 7th largest city in Drambenburg with 982,000 people. From 1954-2022, it was an exclave seperated from the country by Chaesia and Avergnon, mostly constituated by a major port. Den Haag was the last holdout of Drambenburgian forces outside of Lerbin at the end of the World War, with the Battle of Den Haag being one of the most deadly battles in world history. The 1954 Treaty of Antirault allowed Den Haag to remain a Drambenburgian entity though Chaesia gained independence, creating the exclave. Following the cession of Chaesia in 2022, Den Haag was reconnected to Drambenburg. As a major transport hub, with rail stations as well as sea and river ports, the city is home to a major operating base of the Kreigsmarine, and is one of the largest industrial centers in Drambenburg. A majorly urbanized and industrialized area, the city does have a few vestiges of natural environment in the form of preserved parks and heritage sites, mostly old castles and fortresses.
