Dolchic Baltian people

The Dolchic Baltians are an ethnically and culturally Dolchic group inhabiting the northern shores of the Intrian Sea, primarily in Transbaltia where they make up 31% of the population. Dolchic Baltians dominate Transbaltia politically and economically. Despite making up less than a third of the population they control more than two thirds of the wealth, and since 1500 every Baltian duke has been a Dolchic Baltian.
