The Parliament of Drambenburg (De: Das Haus der Herren) also called "Das Haus" (The House), "Parliament", or, simply, "Adel" (Nobility), formally known as The Noble Estate of the Right and Honorable Lords Spiritual and Temporal of the Realms of Drambenburg, is the noble estate of the Holy Empire of Drambenburg who, as a class, have the dominating position of legislation in the state. The Adel differ significantly in rights and power from feudal nobility of the past. The Adel was established with the Free Barons' Charter of Rights in 1182.

While the Congress and Senate of Drambenburg have fixed seats, based on population and states, respectively, the Adel has no fixed seats. Currently the number of active members is 553; however, any land-owning male citizen living in Drambenburg is eligible to be a voting member of the Parliament. Currently, the number of eligible members is estimated to be 12,376,512, as of the 2020 census. Hereditary titles have no bearing on power or position within the House of Lords: a Duke and a Baron are equal members.

The primary duty of the Adel is to serve as the voice of the landowners to the Kaiser and to elect the chancellor every three years.
