One must register with a liscenced instructor for at least a 30 days course and pass a basic physcial and psych evaluation with rigourous tests for eyesight, colour-blindness, seisures or muscular diseases in order to get the L1 Permit. One must have separate instuctors for 4 wheeled vehicles and two wheeled vehicles, in-order to get lisences.
		KS	KS is the Lisence to drive Scooties, which are defined as two wheeled vehicles which have an electic engine of less than or equal to 70 CCs. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).
		TL	TL is the Lisence to drive Light Cars, which are defined as cars which are lighter than 2,350 Kgs at A/T or M/T. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).
	18	L2	Learners' Permit 1 is a special government permit which shall allow beares to learn to drive scooters, light motorcycles and regular four wheeled vehicles on the road without being persecuted, as long as one does that in the presence of an instructor. 		SL	SL is the Lisence to drive Scooters, which are defined as two wheeled vehicles which have an engine (electric or oil driven) of less than or equal to 120 CCs. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).
		TM	TM is the Lisence to drive Regular cars, which are defined as four wheeled vehicles which are not heavier than 3,050 Kgs. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).
		LM	LM is the Lisence to drive light motorcycles, which are defined as two wheeled vehicles which have an engine (electric or oil driven) of less than or equal to 105 CCs. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).

		F2	Class F2 (Foreign Ambassador Driving Privilege Card) - is a government issued permit issued to a foreigner ambassador allowing them to drive in Layfet.

		G2	Class G2 (Government with restriction) - is a government issued permit which allows the bearer to drive government vehicles with a restriction placed on a permit to indicate that the driver is handicaped in some fashion either by their vision (thus, requires corrective lenses in order to drive) or by some other handicap which impairs their ability to drive.
	15	H1	Class H1 (Learner's Permit) - is a state issued permit which allows the bearer to learn to drive. While driving with a learner's permit, the driver must be accompanied by a licensed driver at least 18 years or older.
		H2	Class H2 - (Learner's Permit with restriction) - is a state issued permit which allows the bearer to learn to drive. While driving with a learner's permit, the driver must be accompanied by a licensed driver at least 18 years or older with a restriction placed on a permit to indicate that the driver is handicaped in some fashion either by their vision (thus, requires corrective lenses in order to drive) or by some other handicap which impairs their ability to drive.
	Foreigners who wish to drive or operate a vehicle in Layfet must be at least 16 years old and have a valid and current driving or operating permit/license from their country of origin. They will submit their permit/license to the federal Department of Transportation. After an internal review process and the foreigner takes a written exam about Layfetian traffic symbols, the Department of Transportation will issue a Class F1 which will allow them to drive in Layfet. Foreigner Ambassadors are exempt from the age requirement, review and exam, but still must submit their permit/license to the Department of Transportation to be issued a Class F2.
