One must register with a liscenced instructor for at least a 30 days course and pass a basic physcial and psych evaluation with rigourous tests for eyesight, colour-blindness, seisures or muscular diseases in order to get the L1 Permit. One must have separate instuctors for 4 wheeled vehicles and two wheeled vehicles, in-order to get lisences.
		KS	KS is the Lisence to drive Scooties, which are defined as two wheeled vehicles which have an electic engine of less than or equal to 70 CCs. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).
		TL	TL is the Lisence to drive Light Cars, which are defined as cars which are lighter than 2,350 Kgs at A/T or M/T. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).

One must have separate instuctors for 4 wheeled vehicles and two wheeled vehicles, in-order to get lisences.
		SL	SL is the Lisence to drive Scooters, which are defined as two wheeled vehicles which have an engine (electric or oil driven) of less than or equal to 120 CCs. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).
		TM	TM is the Lisence to drive Regular cars, which are defined as four wheeled vehicles which are not heavier than 3,050 Kgs. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).
		LM	LM is the Lisence to drive light motorcycles, which are defined as two wheeled vehicles which have an engine (electric or oil driven) of less than or equal to 105 CCs. One must pass Health and Phych evaluation with special tests colour-blindness and photolepsy and seisure, traffic rules, signs and signals tests, and a practical driving test. All of this are conducted at Offices of the Road Safety and Liscence Authotiy (RSLA).

	19	D2	HGV that are designed to transport goods whose live weight does not exceed 8 Tonnes. Can drive M/T and A/T.
		D2T	HGV that are designed to transport goods whose live weight does not exceed 8 Tonnes. Can carry a trailer that does not exceed 800 kg. Can drive M/T and A/T.
	21	D3	HGV that are designed to transport goods whose live weight does not exceed 12 Tonnes and is an articulated HGV. Can carry a trailer that does not exceed 800 kg. Can drive M/T and A/T.

Wolfgalia
	16	S	Student learner's permit
		SSL	Electric scooters and other low powered, one person vehicles

		SDL	All non-commercial vehicles. May drive without restrictions of GPL
		BL	All non-commercial vehicles. Mandatory for anyone driving others for pay, including taxis, rideshare services, limousines, personal chauffeurs.
	20	CL	Commercial vehicles, including busses, eight, ten, twelve, and sixteen wheeler trucks, construction vehicles on public roadways.
		G	Government liscense. Mandatory for driving government issued vehicles and high status government officials, most notably (but not limited to) the prime minister and first family and subsequent ministers of Wolfgalia.
