Elysia, officially the Democratic Republic of Elysia (Spanish: República Democrática de Elysia), is a country primarily located in eastern Africa with a small portion of ocean access along the Red Sea. It incorporates former territorial holdings of Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Sudan, Uganda, Congo, and Kenya. It is bordered by Rajari to the north; Valtana and the Red Sea to the east; Lake Victoria, Uganda, and Niaga to the south; the Central African Republic and Tasnia to the west.

With an area of 835,502 km² (~322,589 sq mi.), it is the 4th-largest country by total land area on the African Continent (behind Altaregara, Niaga, and the Al-Khalid Caliphate). As of the 62AC census, its population was ~7,664,000. Elysia's capital and largest city is Ionad; other major urban areas include Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Juba, Mek'ele, Gondar, and Kinduf.
