Hayato Nisimura (Senrian: 니씨무라하야또, Nisimura Hayato; born December 14, 1955) is a Senrian attorney and politician and former Prime Minister of Senria. Born into a former kazoku family in Ubeyama, Nisimura graduated from Taikyo University with a degree in business administration and from the University of Keisi with a degree in law. After his graduation, he opened a law firm in Ubeyama, which he continued to operate for several years.

In 1992, Nisimura transferred the law firm to the control of a partner and took up a career within Senria's Ministry of Justice. He was appointed Minister of Justice by Prime Minister Sigesato Izumi in 2003. After one term as Prime Minister, Izumi declined to seek reelection, and was ultimately succeeded as Prime Minister by Nisimura.

As Prime Minister, Nisimura has (done things domestically). While he is typically not regarded as a hardliner in foreign affairs, he has gained worldwide media attention for his repeated demands that Xiaodong pay reparations for the atrocities it committed during the Senrian-Xiaodongese War. Critics maintain that Nisimura allowed Senria's financial cliques, known as the keiretu, an unparalleled amount of control over the Senrian economy and an unduly high amount of influence within the Senrian government.

He was succeeded as Prime Minister by Reika Okura in 2018.
