King Raj I (c 18 October 1003 - 5 December 1035) was the first king of a united Mahana from 1003 to his death in 1035. Founder of the Napushi Dynasty, Raj came into power following the victory in the Kurulan Crusades by the Kurula Dynasty. He oversaw the foundation and beautification of many of Mahana's great cities, including the beautification of Ghobari. He is also known for being the first to introduce irrogation, organising the countries military and reforming Gai practices.

In 1026 he took control of the first united state of Mahana following the Kurulan Crusades which he lead sucessfully.

Early Life

At the time of his birth his father was the eldest of the Aaya ancestral kings, due to this he had a claim to the holy lands. This claim later transferred to Raj as he grew older.

On the contrary, his younger brother Vallabha and his wife Subala had three children by the time they were 16 years old. This left pressure on Raj to deliver a healthy heir as otherwise the son of his brother would be taking the throne.
