The prime minister of Gelonia Gelonian: Kentañ Ministrelezh Gaelonia), or the Secretary of State, is the head of government of the Kingdom of Gelonia.

The position was created in 1948 during the Gelonian War of Independence, and, in 1950, was later enshrined in the constitution. The first official prime minister was Belado Pinvidic, who was appointed in 1950 following the first national election. However, the position was held in an acting capacity by Alan Rouanti, later King Alan V, upon its establishment in 1948 for the duration of the War for Independence. Since 1950, 19 individual have served as prime minister over 27 terms. The incumbent prime minister is Adiuni Kloarec, who has served since 2019.
